What Is Chiropractic?
The founder of Chiropractic, Dr. D.D. Palmer, and the developer of Chiropractic Dr. B.J. Palmer believed that Chiropractic would eventually become the vehicle by which man would reconnect with his spiritual self.

"All elements of healthcare are within your body, at all times struggling for expression. Nerve interference is the usual bar to this expression and results in dis-ease. The work of the Chiropractor is to find and adjust this cause. When that is accomplished normal health may be expected." ~BJ Palmer
We practice the Pure Science, Art, and Philosophy of Chiropractic. To us, this means that we embrace a knowledge of Life that transcends our physical form.
Modern science is now telling us that the human body is composed of an infinite number of vibrating particles of energy. In other words, your body is composed of tiny bits of energy that become manifest as your physical form. However, your body is merely the physical representation of "you." For instance, if you lose an arm then "you" are still "you.""
Therefore, our body contains unlimited potential and it simply exists as the vessel that is here to carry us through this lifetime and on to the next. Throughout the course of our life, we encounter different experiences in the form of thoughts, emotions, or physical activities. Each and every experience is integrated into the fabric of our existence in the form of different energies.
Often in cases of negative thoughts, negative emotions, or traumatic experiences, these energies are not capable of integrating into our system. We call these areas of fixated energy "subluxations." Our ultimate goal is to release these fixations and allow you to incorporate this energy into your body. This process allows you to better express the amazing human potential within your own body, and to more fully experience LIFE.
After All... YOU are the healer

"Spiritual does not mean that it has anything to do with religion. It has to do only with the development and refinement of the nervous system and the accompanying rise in the level of consciousness" - Bentov

What Does Traditional Science Say?...
The nervous system is our connection to our environment. Our 12 cranial nerves and our 31 pairs of spinal nerves allow us to interpret and interact with the world as we know it. Our brain and spinal cord function as the processing unit for the human body. The nervous system transmits vibrational signals throughout our entire body, which allows the brain to interpret every facet of our environment and our interactions. These signals are sent across the nerves to every organ and every tissue of our entire body.
These nerves are transmitting information that helps the cells to function in a state of homeostasis and the cells need this information to stay alive. So in all reality, these nerves are helping to transmit LIFE to every cell of your body.
Throughout our daily lives, the nerves of the body may become compromised in some manner. When this happens, the nerve is unable to transmit its normal amount of information. This may be due to trauma, emotional or mental issues, or medications to name a few. The spinal nerves are the most commonly compromised. These spinal nerves supply the organs and tissues of the body, so when they are compromised, the organs and tissues suffer the consequences....
Since these nerves transmit Life to the cells of the body, when there is a restriction in this transmission, theses cells are recieving less life...
Medical researchers have recently shown that the human brain has a normal lifespan of 120+ years. The brain and spinal cord control every tissue of the body, and this means that human body has the optimum potential of living for 120+ years. This is dependent on many factors, including nutrition, physical and mental health, and illness; But one can only begin to imagine the possibilities...
"Whenever we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe." - John Muir
What is New Science Telling Us?...
Fields of study such as New Physics, Psychology, Pharmacology, and Metaphysics are leading the way in developing new understandings of the human body. These discoveries are paving the way for radical new developments in science and healthcare.
Physics, chemistry, biology, and psychology are all adopting new 'holistic' views of humanity and our interactions with the world around us. New models are being developed, such as Tensegrity, Peptide Bonding, and Diffusion Spectrum Imaging, which allow us a greater understanding of human form and function. Scientists now agree that at the most basic level, our entire existence is a series of infinite vibrations that contain unlimited potential. Scientists used to believe that the body and brain created what we call the human mind. But the newly accepted scientific paradigm is that the mind and consciousness actually create what we know as the human body.
"There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." ~ Max Planck
Science has now accepted a post-newtonian world-view. Theories that were developed over a hundred years ago, such as thermodynamics, relativity, and quantum theory, are now being utilized as the authority in the scientific field. By utilizing these standards, scientists and health-care providers now realize that the body is capable of self-healing. The cause of the vast majority of disease is lifestyle rather than genetics, and the new consensus is that healing comes as a result of treating both the molecular and the vibrational components of disease. In terms of health-care, this means that the concepts of 'touch' and 'tone' are of the utmost importance. The vibrational signals and impulses being sent throughout your body must be balanced in order to facilitate the healing process.
"A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it." ~ Max Planck
